About the business district
Located in the heart of Casablanca, on the historic site of the ancient Anfa airport, Casa Anfa aims to develop a new downtown on over a total land area of about 350 hectares, enrolling in the renewal and the modernization of the urban space.
Casa Anfa includes a vast network of parks and gardens forming the green backbone of the project, with a large metropolitan park covering over 50 hectares. This network of green spaces is in direct relation with multifunctional districts of the project, including housing, offices, shops, hotels, education facilities, health services, cultural facilities, and leisure and sport amenities.
A balance is maintained between residential and business activities, and each district have its own characteristics with functional and social mixing.
Casa Anfa enjoys a strategic location in the heart of Casablanca. It is endowed with an efficient service in collective transports (tramway, bus …). These new transport networks coordinated with motor roads and bus lines, will serve the neighborhood and connect to the rest of the city. Thereby, the project will connected to major sites ans neighborhoods of Casablanca in travel time from 5 to 25 minutes.
Casa Anfa accomodates a new business district, named Casablanca Finance City that will symbolize the centrality status of Casablanca. The Casablanca financial center presents a potentiel of 1.4 million square meters of building area including offices, housing and facilities.
Casa Anfa aims to give Casablanca a destination for all and a great place to live and work.
About managing company
Casa Anfa project is managed by Anfa Urbanization Development Agency (AUDA), a subsidiary of CDG Group. The Agency is precisely in charge of the planning project concerning the site of the old airport, to develop a new town center of the city of Casablanca. The agency acts as the general contracting authority of the project and responsible of its good achievement.
Thus, the missions of the agency cover the land liberation, the providing of the site with services, the realization of the public spaces, and the management of the development of plots of land.
