Drawing on both Chinese and international case studies and forward-thinking practices, the workshop guided by Dr. HE Dongquan, Chief Scientist at the Beijing Smart & Green Mobility Center, researcher at the China Urban Institute (Tsinghua University), and former Vice President of Energy Foundation China,  will explore how GBDs can lead in building sustainable urban futures without compromising economic performance or operational resilience.
