GBD Innovation Club is pleased to welcome Primera Corporation as a new member of its international network.

Based in Central London, Primera manages and supports 15 Business Improvement Districts (BIDs) and place-based partnerships representing more than 40,000 businesses and over one million employees. Its areas of activity include some of London’s most important commercial, cultural and visitor destinations across Westminster, Camden, Islington, Hackney and the City of London.

Over the past two decades, Primera has developed a recognized expertise in creating and operating public-private partnership models that bring together businesses, landowners and local authorities to support investment, economic development and place management. Its partnership model has helped leverage more than £40 million in private investment and contributed to over £6 billion in regeneration activity across Central London.

The organization has been involved in a number of major urban transformation projects, including the redevelopment of King’s Cross, the creation of the Strand Aldwych civic space, the development of the City of London’s tall buildings cluster and the future redevelopment of Victoria Station.

Beyond the United Kingdom, Primera advises governments and business district organizations on governance structures, district management models and partnership frameworks. Its international experience includes projects in cities such as Paris, Singapore, Santiago and Sydney.
