The Annual General Meeting and the Board of Directors were held on December 9, without shareholders or other authorized participants being physically present, given sanitary circumstances.

General Meeting

All resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors were adopted :

⇒ The 2021 annual activity Report and accounts;

⇒ The operational priorities for 2022 ;

⇒ Modifications to the Articles of association and new Internal regulations;

⇒ 5 Board Directors were renewed for 3 years : Pierre-Yves Guice, Paris La Défense, Michael Edwards, Chicago Loop Alliance, Cui Xiaohao, Beijing CBD, Glenn Castanheira, Montreal centre-ville, RAO JIEYI, Guangzhou CBD 

⇒ A new Board Director Richard Guiney, Dublin Town, was appointed of for 3 years

Following the renewals, appointments and elections of directors, the Board of Directors is now composed of 6 members and whose term of office is 3 years :

The Board of Directors, has re-elected Pierre-Yves Guice, Paris La Défense, as a chairman for a 3-year period according to the Article 10 of the Article of Association.

The Executive Committee, appointed by the Board of Directors and President for a period of 3 years (2021-2024), is represented by folowing members :
